DR. DAWN DURBIN
Dr. Dawn Durbin's remarkable journey in dentistry has been characterized by her unwavering dedication, continuous learning, and commitment to transforming the dental experience. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from IU Bloomington as her foundation, Dr. Durbin embarked on her path to dentistry. She gained invaluable hands-on experience as an Oral Surgery Assistant before achieving her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1997.
Her career saw her transition from being an "Associate" Doctor in a private dental practice to taking a significant step in 2000 by purchasing her own private practice, becoming the owner of Dawn R Durbin DDS PC. Dr. Durbin's dedication to excellence led her to graduate from the intensive Schuster Center for Professional Development in 2003. She also completed Dave Ramsey's Enterleadership program twice and graduated from Orognathic Bioesthetics International Levels I, II, and III.
Dr. Durbin's commitment to her profession was further recognized when she was inducted into the prestigious Pierre Fauchard Academy in 2015. She served as the President of the South Central Dental Society in 2016 and held positions as Secretary and Treasurer from 2017 to 2023, actively contributing to the dental community's growth and development.
Beyond her professional achievements, Dr. Durbin is passionate about various interests, including travel, reading, painting, outdoor activities, yoga, road trips, and stand-up paddleboarding. Her personal experiences, including overcoming significant debt, have inspired her to help fellow dentists achieve financial freedom, reduce stress, and deliver exceptional care to their patients.

KIMBERLY LUCAS
With a career spanning more than four decades, Kimberly Lucas has witnessed dentistry evolve and transform. Her extensive experience, starting as a dental assistant in 1983, has taken her through various roles, including dental office management, teaching and practice management coaching. Kimberly is not just an expert in dental practice management but also a dedicated coach and consultant. Her work experience with the Schuster Center, as a coach and faculty member, training from the Sandler Sales Institute and Masterful Coaching equips her with the knowledge and skills to guide dental practices toward success.
Throughout Kimberly’s career her ambition, passion for growth and development and desire to serve others has been the driving force behind her ability to maintain and excel in multiple roles and jobs at one time. She has held positions in sales and marketing, practice management software training, has led community outreach programs as an insurance navigator, and volunteered as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for Children. Kimberly also excels as a Lead Success Consultant and Client Care Representative at eAssist Dental Solutions.
Kimberly's mission is to contribute to the betterment of the lives she encounters while supporting the objectives and success of organizations. Her dedication to the dental profession and helping others thrive makes her an invaluable asset.
Personally, Kimberly relaxes by cooking, baking, and serving friends and family both tried and true recipes as well as new recipes. She also enjoys reading fiction and books that quench her thirst for growth and development. She finds therapy in her flower gardens as she de-stresses by pulling weeds and nurturing the beautiful flowers and plants that emerge every year. Kimberly believes “if you’re not growing and developing, you’re dying”. She strives for self improvement daily and is passionate about helping others do the same.
